Braybrooke Beer Taproom Harvest Party – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Braybrooke Beer Taproom Harvest Party ("the Event"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Tickets
1.1 All tickets must be purchased in advance unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Tickets are valid only for the specific date stated on the ticket and are non-transferable to any other event date.
1.3 Tickets may not be exchanged for alternative dates, sessions, or events.
1.4 Attendees may be asked to present their ticket (printed or electronic) upon entry.
1.5 The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission where a valid ticket cannot be produced.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the Event.
2.2 Refund requests received less than 48 hours before the Event will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Booking fees and transaction fees (where applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law.
2.4 Refund requests must be submitted through the original point of purchase.
3. Children and Family Attendance
3.1 For the purposes of this Event, a child is defined as any person under 16 years of age.
3.2 All child attendees must hold a valid child ticket for the correct Event date.
3.3 Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
3.4 The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any child attendee who does not hold a valid ticket.
4. Alcohol and Age Verification
4.1 Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 years or over.
4.2 A Challenge 25 policy may be operated. Attendees may be required to provide valid photographic identification before being served alcohol.
4.3 Acceptable forms of identification include a valid passport, UK driving licence, or PASS-approved proof-of-age card.
4.4 Any person found supplying alcohol to underage attendees may be removed from the Event.
5. Health & Safety
5.1 Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions given by Event staff, security personnel, and venue representatives.
5.2 The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or likely to cause distress to others.
5.3 Attendees enter and participate at their own risk.
5.4 Parents and guardians remain responsible for the safety and supervision of children in their care at all times.
6. Weather
6.1 The Event may take place outdoors and will proceed in most weather conditions.
6.2 Tickets will not be refunded due to adverse weather unless the Event is cancelled by the organiser.
7. Event Changes and Cancellation
7.1 The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, timings, activities, entertainment, food and drink offerings, or other Event arrangements without prior notice.
7.2 In the event that the Event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered either a refund or an alternative option at the organiser's discretion.
7.3 The organiser shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs incurred by attendees.
8. Photography and Filming
8.1 Photography, filming, and audio recording may take place during the Event.
8.2 By attending the Event, attendees consent to the use of images and recordings in promotional, marketing, and social media materials by Braybrooke Beer Taproom without compensation.
8.3 Attendees who do not wish to appear in photographs should notify Event staff upon arrival.
9. Personal Property
9.1 Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
9.2 The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, the organiser's liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
11. General
11.1 The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
11.2 Any failure by the organiser to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
11.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
