BRAYBROOKE LAGER CLUB: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Braybrooke Lager Club is a monthly membership subscription service that offers a monthly case of 12 lagers specially selected by us and delivered for free, plus a range of other benefits.  It’s highly flexible and you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.

 

Monthly Case & Other Benefits

Your monthly case is delivered during the first week of each month, usually on the first Wednesday.  Each case contains 12 lagers specially selected by us: a mix of our classic core beers, specials and collabs plus guest lagers each month.

Braybrooke Lager Club also offers other benefits including:

  • 10% off any additional purchases from our online shop
  • Exclusive early access to all our new beers
  • Free introductory gift
  • Exclusive Braybrooke Lager Club newsletter
  • Special anniversary gift after 12 months membership
  • Invites to member only events (e.g. Harvest Party, virtual tastings etc.) 

 

Lager Club Payments

• First Bill on the date of purchase;
• First Lager Club box dispatched on the first week of the following month.

After your initial sign-up and payment, subsequent payments are taken one month after your initial sign-up, the 28th of each month. All payments are taken securely via Shopify Payments and we do not hold full card or payment details on file.

You will be entered into a regular credit/debit card or PayPal payment schedule – you can cancel at any time by logging into your account.  You will receive email notifications 3 days prior to your payment being taken.

If the card we have on file is declined by your card issuer, we will notify you by email.  If your payment has been declined, the most common reason is the card being past its expiry date or insufficient funds in the account registered. The email will contain a link to access your Lager Club account and amend your card details accordingly.  If you think something else is wrong, please contact us at info@braybrookebeer.co and we’ll be happy to help.

If the card we have on file is declined by your card issuer, we will reattempt payment again after 2, 4 and 6 days. If your payment fails after all 3 attempts, you won’t receive that month’s membership case and your Lager Club subscription will be automatically cancelled.

 

Managing Your Subscription

You can review and manage your Braybrooke Lager Club membership by creating an account and logging in at braybrookebeer.co/account or via the link in your initial Lager Club welcome email. 

The members portal allows you to update your address and card details, as well as to pause or cancel your membership.  Once we have taken the prior month’s payment then that month’s next subscription will auto renew - for example, if your payment date is the 21st of the month and you cancel on the 24th of the month, we will send you the case due in the first week of the following month but will stop your membership after that.  And for any queries regarding your subscription please always contact us at info@braybrookebeer.co.

 

Other Information

Braybrooke Lager Club is only available for customers within the UK.

Payments are processed via our payment gateway partner Shopify Payments.

Recharge is our subscription partner which holds appropriate customer information and powers the Braybrooke Lager Club membership portal.
