Our Black Lager is a compendium of all the styles we love: the rich creaminess of a Czech tmavy, the roasted malt edge of a classic Schwarzbier, the underlying hop character of a Franconian dunkel. It will remind you of a good stout, but the five weeks of lagering time also give this beer the smoothness and drinkability you would expect from all the Braybrooke lagers.
