To celebrate the 10th anniversary of 10 Greek Street's opening in Soho, London, we got together to brew a special dry hopped Pilsner. 330ml bottle, 5.5% ABV.

We used sweet and bready Franconian pilsner malt which balances the herbal and floral notes from the generous amount of hops we added. It was dry hopped the noble variety Hallertau Mittlefruh and the heritage Rottenburger to create a grassy, floral and fine aroma, with a nice finishing bitterness. Drink on its own or with many of the amazing dishes you will find at 10 Greek Street. Cheers to 10 years and here's to another!
