After a long cool fermentation and almost 4 months of lagering, the end result is a beautiful smooth, dark brown, rich lager with gentle notes of caramel and dark chocolate.
The style is a bigger and stronger version of the German style Bock beers and the name 'Doppel' literally means 'double'.
It is a very food-friendly style with toasted bread and dark fruit flavors, perfect to pair with a comforting sticky toffee pudding.

I bought the radiator doppelbock for my husband as he’s a fan of heavier Bavarian beer styles having to travel there a lot for work. He loves the Radiator Doppelbock so much, that you can almost see the sadness in his eyes when he takes the last bottle from the fridge. I think he’ll be drinking it for a long time to come.
