Ludicrous Speed is a 4.6% Schwarzbier collaboration with our friends at Mondo Brewing Co. Expect hints of chocolate and coffee and a medium body that’s light on bitterness. 

Lager and Munich malt provide the base. Carafa Special 3, Chocolate Malt and Crystal 150 added for body, colour and flavour. Hersbrucker hops for bittering and in the whirlpool. Using our house lager yeast, we fermented at cooler temperatures at a not-so-ludicrous speed!
